We are a leading restorer of brass and iron antique beds and have been for over 50 years. Brass Beds have undergone a revival in recent years and we provide a free pickup and delivery service to most areas of South East Queensland including the Toowoomba region and Northern New South Wales for Antique Bed Restoration.

David Bissett

As General Manager of F J Mole Silversmiths, David has 30 years experience in antique metal restoration and works in a “hands-on” capacity in the business.

David specialises in brass bed restoration, bronze and spelter repairs, lathe work and casting, and chandelier and lighting repair and restoration.

In addition to these David also works on the unusual repairs such as antique cash registers, poker machines and other similar items.

Kevin Eager

Kevin commenced his apprenticeship with F J Mole Silversmiths in 1962, and has personally made thousands of brass and silver items that are now found in Churches throughout Queensland and other parts of Australia.

In addition to Churchware manufacture and restoration Kevin specialises in sterling silver repairs and is an expert metal spinner.

We always have an interesting collection of original antique brass and iron beds for sale . These are available either restored or unrestored, and we are able to convert some of these to Queen Size.

We have original single, 3/4, and double beds in a large range or styles.
